Juliana Martins Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 I'm going to develop a project to make FSX and Flight Gear to communicate with the software MATLAB/SIMULINK and I would like to know if I can configure FSUIPC to talk with both flight simulators. Thank you very much, I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
Pete Dowson Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 I'm going to develop a project to make FSX and Flight Gear to communicate with the software MATLAB/SIMULINK and I would like to know if I can configure FSUIPC to talk with both flight simulators. FSUIPC is a module of FS, it fits into FS in many ways with hooks and fingers all through it. there's no way it will ever work with anything not based on FS -- it works with FS98, FS2000, CFS1, CFS2 (not CFS3 which was not based on FS), FS2002, FS2004, FSX, ESP and Prepar3D. But not X-Plane, Fly!, Flight, FlightGear or Rise of Flight or any other non-FS-based sim. Sorry. Pete
