Buttons & Switches Question

Hello Pete or others,

Thanks for your help the other day on Throttle not being recognized.

I've been reading the manual on the buttons and switches tab in FSUIPC.

When I go to the tab, I cannot get anything to enter and some of the areas are grayed out, like FS Control?

I do have an entry in the .ini. Am I missing a step?

You can only program a button which you can operate. Press a button and it will show its joystick and number at the top. then decide whether to assign a control or keypress. You cant decide till you have a button to program.

The User Guide explains it.

Hi Pete,

If I understand correctly??, I would click in the button box, then click a button on the joystick and then it would enter, and from there it would un-gray the boxes?

I'll re-read that section again and see what I had missed.
