fsuipc with BA virtual Phoenix

Hi hope you can help, I have a registered version of FSUIPC and have recently joined BA Virtual. The use a flight logging program called phoenix but this seems to work intermittantly usually not. Do you have any idears why phoenix is not talking to FSUIPC or vice versa. Im using windows 7 with FSX. Every other addon and program is working fine. Hope you can help. I hace tried all sugestions from BA Virtual and nothing works.

Sorry, but I've never heard of "phoenix". Does it even use FSUIPC?

Please always state the version of FSUIPC -- currenty nothing earlier than 4.65 is supported for FSX.

FSUIPC makes a log in the Modules folder. If there are any problems they will be logged there.

My config is different (XP and FS9) but I do use Phoenix with FSUIPC and WideFS with no issues.
