Strange problem when using Immersive Pro, AirSimTech and FSUIPC

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I'm using Fly Elise Immersive Pro 1.5 (projection onto a curved screen) together with Windows 7 - 64bit, FSX and FSUIPC (latest version).

For the simulation of the A320 I use AirSimtech which communicates via FSUIPC with the FSX.

Since a week or so I noticed, that whenever I start the 3D-reforming of the picture using Immersive Pro (I do this by changing the FSX to fullscreen-mode) my other software (AirSimtech) lose the "connection" to FSUIPC.

AirSimtech then says, the FSUIPC is "OFF" - but actually the FSX and FSUIPC running fine.

Has anyone here experience with AST and Immersive Pro? Or has anyone an idea, why the 3D-reform-process by Immersive Pro kicks out the "connection" between the FSUIPC and other software (makes FSUIPC "invisible" for other software)?

I mean, I see no commonality - Immersive Pro doesn't even use or need FSUIPC...

Any suggestion, idea, hint, maybe strange or not, is highly recommended!

Best regards

Jörg

Maybe AirSimTech has a short timeout on responses from FSUIPC and the 3D reforming takes longer than that whilst preventing other FS or Simconnect processing.
