New install and assignments did not copy over.

Did you first, on the old PC, make sure your devices were assigned using Letters rather than numbers? If not the likely thing is that all the connected controls have different numbers on the new PC, so your assignments are all mixed up.

 

Apart from the properly prepared INI file all you might need as well are any Macro (.mcro) and Lua (.lua) files you are using.

That looks fine and should work exactly the same assuming the [JoyNames] section has been revised on the new PC.(as indicated by the date/time stamp on the INI file). What is wrong?
