rockliffe Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 I'm hoping this is a simple tweak in the ini file, but I'm usnure and need a little advice. For some reason, I have several aircraft, which include the A2A 172 and Majestic Q400, that remain over sensitive with the elevator, even with the elevator slope/sensitivity set at the minimum of 15 in FSUIPC. Can someone offer some advice. Thanks...

If that, then the slope you need is one with a flattened central area. This will make the less-used extremes more sensitive of course, unless you want to completely limit the ability to reach all possible surface angles, in which case you simply use a divisor on the axis assignment in the INI after calibrating without it, or fiddle the calibration figures in the INI file. If you are getting a lot of reaction in the central area with a flattened slope then it sounds more like a joystick axis giving spikes, in which case it is hardware. Try cleaning. Regards Pete
