In particular, should fsuipc be last? FSUIPC4 is best last, and that's where the installer puts it, though it isn't absolutely essential. The ASN module must come before FSUIPC. Otherwise there's probably not much to worry about regarding the order, though I suspect some things might just work better in different relative positions.
