Dear Folks,

NOTICE: All suspected 'bug' reports must be reproducible. please outline the steps EXACTLY so that feelThere can duplicate the fault.

when you know the steps to create the 'bug' first delete the TOWER.LOG file, located in the game's root folder, and then play the game to product the fault. just after the 'bug' presents itself EXIT THE GAME.

In order to give you the best possible support we need the information items with each report:

  • your Operating system including 32 or 64 bit and the language
  • system memory
  • video card and it's memory
  • did you install openAL
  • did you install Speech and set it up as it described in the manual
  • if you report gameplay problems or possible conflicts please make sure to attach the tower.log file from the main Tower! 2011 folder

Without the above information we can't help you.

To reduce the size of the TOWER.LOG please ZIP or RAR the file before ATTACHING the document to your forum post.. now, you must attach, attach, ATTACH the TOWER.LOG file to your post. DO NOT cut-and-paste the contents text into your post ... your post will be deleted.
