Hi Pete,

I just bought your latest fsuipc installation from your website for fsx. So I downloaded the demo first to see what it was like then I uninstalled that then it says "the demo version is the product installation file; there is no other download." So I downloaded it again because this time I bought it and when I was trying to open it after it downloaded to reinstall it, it says "windows cannot open the folder. The compressed zip folder 'C:\Users\Charlie\downloads\FSUIPC4.zip' is invalid."

I don't have a website. The downloads are available either here, in the Download Links subforum, or over on Mr. Schiratti's website, www.schhiratti.com/dowson.

There is no demo. I don't know how you are getting so confused. The program is free to install and use for its main purpose, asn interface to applications. It always has been so. You simply register it, afer purchasing a registration, if you want to use the other facilities, the additions included for user settings and so forth.

You didn't need to download it again, you just run the installer again to register it. This is all explained in the Installation and Registration document inside the ZIP. Did you not see it?

and when I was trying to open it after it downloaded to reinstall it, it says "windows cannot open the folder. The compressed zip folder 'C:\Users\Charlie\downloads\FSUIPC4.zip' is invalid."

So you downloaded it once and it was fine, then you discarded that because it was okay and then downloaded again and suddenly it is not good? seems there's a problem with your PC not downloading things correctly sometimes. If the ZIP hasn't changed then it must be something your end.

Otherwise, sometimes anti-virus programs get a false positiive indication with compressed downloads, so check that it isn't your virus checker stopping you opening it.

Pete
