Jonathan Slaughter Posted December 11, 2014 Report Share Posted December 11, 2014 (edited) Hello my name is Jonathan, awhile back my mom purchased the feelthere ERJ v.2 and someone stole my phone and it had all my things on there for downloading.....is there a way that they can put it back on my account so i can download them again.....I can provide my order number and email if they need it to confirm. scoobflight Posted December 12, 2014 Report Share Posted December 12, 2014 contact BMTmicro - 1-800-414-4268 have as much order detail and credit card information as possible. once you re-download your product burn it to a DVD! on the DVD include the installer and a notepad (aka, txt) document that includes the product key.
