Well, that is one I've seen mentioned before, so it might be worth looking at, but I can't promise anything. It depends on what the code looks like, whether there's an easy way to bypass the crash area without just moving it elsewhere.

I won't be able to look at it for a week or so, too many other commitments, but it is on my list.

Pete

It's okay sir , thx for your response anyway

Here's my log :

Okay, I've now been able to look at this one.

That is, in fact, the same common G3D crash which FSUIPC patched in FSX SP2 and Acceleration. So I'll patch it in FSX-SE too -- but only the current version (62608).

The fix will be in the next FSUIPC release, 4.939, probably next week. I've still got Prepar3D 2.5 to deal with.

That isn't related to the common one which was also the most common in FSX-MS. Sorry, I can't help with that specific one. It's more likely related to a corrupted file someplace.

Read your post and got the log details as you rrequested.

Faulting application name: fsx.exe, version: 10.0.62608.0, time stamp: 0x54abe5b4
Faulting module name: terrain.dll, version: 10.0.62608.0, time stamp: 0x54abe5e1
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0005875c

Hope t his helps.

If I can't get a workaround for this, I'm afraid it's back to FSX - or on to P3D.

I'm pretty sure that this one is fixed in the next FSX-SE release. The Beta proved pretty well bomb-proof for both TERRAIN and G3D crashes. But if, when it is released, you still get the error, the details need to go to DTG, via the Steam FSX-SE forum, not to me. Whilst FSX-SE is still being developed and fixed I am not going to attempt any more patching.

The next release may be pre-released as an Open Beta -- i.e. for feedback. If so you won't get it then automatically, you'd need to opt in. Look out for details within the next week or so.

Oke, I realy had all the problems with FSX in the past you can imagine.... Now I'm using FSX-SE and this problem keeps coming back and I just don't know how to solve it.

I have the following add-ons installed, but also without running these add-ons I get these crashes. Can anyone help me out here? Mr. Pete Dowson? Could you please help me out?

Yesterday I also did the update to the latest FSX-SE version. I have tried another computer, with other hardware, used AMD video cards, NVidia. Disabled all the programs running in the taskbar....

I'm using FSpassengers, MyTraffic 2013, FSx Global Real Weather, Virtual add-on manager is installed en finaly I also use FSUIPC.

Please help! I love flying FSX, but there is no fun in it if the program keeps crashing while in flight.

You are really in the wrong Forum. I can't deal with FSX crashes, only things related to my own programs.  TERRAIN.DLL crashes are almost always due to bad or corrupted scenery. You'd need to try to find out which one.

AVSIM have a forum dedicated to FSX CTDs and crashes. I'd try there if I were you.
