I don't know about "quick ILS", but providing you are using the latest MakeRunways, then there's no problem with any version of P3D. Although they've changed some files around in version 2.5, the scenery.cfg file is still in its correct place. Maybe you are one of the folks who are using P3D renamed to FSX, for some complex migration or installation reasons? If so, then MakeRunways will be looking in the wrong place, for sure!
