I don't know either the Aerosoft aircraft nor your quadrant, but you should be able to calibrate it in FSUIPC to match what you need. Have you tried? Maybe one of the slopes supported for throttle calibration will help, otherwise it ma be more a case of having more of a dead area at one end or the other. FSUIPC offers detente calibration for flaps and for speedbrake/spoilers, but for throttles the only normal detente which is set is for idle.
