FSUIPC keeps freezing FS2004

Hi everyone I am now to this forum,

 

My fs2004 works fine, and my fsuipc as well but when i click on the buttons + switches tab or axis assignment tab it freezes and fs2004 freezes as well, i can only close it with task manager. It will only response if i click or move something with the saitek yoke and then i will freeze again when prompt if i want to use fs control or key board. So it will also freeze if i have nothing connecting to the computer.

Please help because i want to bind my saitek button as a fuel cutoff switch.

This is ALWAYs due to a bad joystick driver, probably installed for a joystick no longer installed. The freeze is happening inside the Windows driver, not in FS or FSUIPC. Use the Windows Device Manager to disable and then uninstall anything you no longer actually have connected.
