Cessna trim wheel reverse calibration Prepar 3D v3

Recommended Posts

Prepar 3D v3 , disabled all the controls in the sim and asigned the axis using FSUIPC.

All fine there.

Only the trim wheel needs to be reversed.

So went to joystick calibration and the Cessna trim wheel is not recognized there so I cannot reverse it.

All the other controllers are recognized.

By some reason if I enable the Cessna trim wheel in the sim, Prepar 3D crashes.

Yes, it's a bug in P3Dv3 which has been reported. I don't think you can currently use a trim axis at all in P3Dv3. Check the L-M forum.

For FSUIPC, though, if you assigned to the FSUIPC "direct to calibration" trim it should work for calibration, though it may still crash P3Dv3. . I'll check it tomorrow when I get P3Dv3 setup again.
