The message you pictured is already pictured with an explanation in this thread, not far from where you posted yours. fsx-fails-to-run-after-fsuipc4-first-installed. Please do look at useful postings! It does NOT ask you to reinstall. Just answer Yes (or Si in your case). Is is an occasional bug in FSX;s Simconnect.
