Fsuipc problem: it freezes my fsx

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have installed Fsuipc4 4.498 in my fsx gold edition installation. Everything looks good during installation and fsx launchs ok. Once I select plane, airport, etc press "fly now" and it launchs the scenery load progress window, etc but one it starts to show the aircarft panel fsx gets freezed. After closing fsx it appears a window saying that fsuipc could not connect with fsx.

Any idea about what could be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

There is no Window from FSUIPC which says that. There's no way FSUIPC cannot "connect with FSX", as once loaded it is PART of FSX. So that Window is from another program or add-on which is possibly using FSUIPC, and it is telling you it could not connect to FSUIPC or maybe to FSX.

Your FSX is probably not really freezing. The program which is popping up the Window is probably stopping it whilst awaiting an OK or something in answer to the Window.

You need to find out which of your add-ons is causing the problem.
