FSUIPC ERROR #2

Hello Everyone 

i am installing the Airport Design editors (ADE) 

 

and when i want to test the airport this message shown to me 

 

 

code not connect 

FSUIPC Error #2: FSUIPC_ERR_NOFS. Cannot find FSUIPC or WideFS running on this machine 

 

 

 

the FSUIPC that i installed into my computer is 4.939 with wideFS

 

is there anyone can help me with this issue
