Wilco Erjv2 and Seiten problems.....

Recommended Posts

I have been having a lot of problems getting my Saitek panels to work with the Wilco ERJ134-145. I have all 3 panels, radio, multi, and switch. The radio panel works fine as is. The multi panel I can get working but the switch panel is giving me fits.

I have tried setting key presses in the configurator and then using spad to send the key presses as well as joystick button with fsuipc to change to the key strokes. None of that has worked.

I then tried using mouse macros via fsuipc and still do not have any luck.

Then in my last attempt I used the lua log script to tried to change panel LVARS to get to go the route....still no success. Creating a macro for IE battery 1 which is L:ErjBatt1=SET and then setting the parameters to 1 or 0 via fsuipc...

By default the switch panel will attempt to change panel state items such as the lights but it is instantly turned right back off. Battery and other switches don't seem to have any effect.

I am not sure what to do at this point.

Oh and I even tried linda with no success.

I understand, was just hoping that maybe someone may know....

Actually 1 thing did work using the lvar....I have the Saitek yoke and when I set the same lvar macro to that button it did work. Yet using the switch panel it did not. Fsuipc does detect the button press coming from spad when I assign the macro to the virtual button...but I'm confused as why it does not function when the button press from the joystick with the same macro does.

FSUIPC makes no distinction about the source of the button press. So could this be a question for Spad? Have you tried Button logging in FSUIPC to see what the difference is, apart from the button numbers?
