scoobflight Posted March 31, 2017 Report Share Posted March 31, 2017 looks exactly like something is blocking the installer for executing. check any other antivirus programs you may have running. also reminds me of the issue that Microsoft 'broke' with a windows update having a disk in the computer for the installer to work. have you downloaded a new installer ... maybe you got a bad bit?
