Hansonius Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 Hi, Whenever I strart a flight the pitch trim wheel is in the maximum position + 15. Of course I can set it back manually to 0 but that should be the start position. This happens in FSX and P3Dv4.1. And as I copied all my axes/buttons /settings from FSUIPC4/FSX to FSUIPC5/P3Dv4.1 there must be a relation with FSUIPC 4/5. How to solve this? FSUIPC5.ini is attached. Hans FSUIPC5.ini
spokes2112 Posted November 9, 2017 Report Posted November 9, 2017 Pete is away until the 15th.. Looked at the .ini, doesn't seem like anything is awry. Best thing is start FS for a very short period, up to showing the bad pitch trim, correct the trim, then shut down. Attach the FSUIPC#.log Roman
Hansonius Posted November 9, 2017 Author Report Posted November 9, 2017 Hi Roman, I'll do what you suggested and attach the FSUIPC log. Hans
Thomas Richter Posted November 9, 2017 Report Posted November 9, 2017 Hi, FSUIPC doesn't set the TRIM value and as you have not defined an axis to ELEV-TRIM it will not be set that way either. Make sure have Controllers disabled in P3D to ensure there is not an controller axis automatically by P3D defined to ELEV-TRIM, something it sounds like. Thomas
Hansonius Posted November 13, 2017 Author Report Posted November 13, 2017 Hi, Thomas you were right. I had the joysticks disabled but still there were ELEV-TRIM settings were they shouldn''t be at all. Problem solved. Thank you, Hans
