E Jets (170-195) sluggish controls

Hi, I purchased all of the p3d v4 feel their series of the 170-195 aircraft. I loaded the aircraft up and toke off. All of the planes don't rotate until they reach 180knots? And the controls are very sluggish and slow to move :(

 

Any ideas?

Thrust control set correctly for weight, temp and altitude?

Trim correct?

Flaps correct?

Did you do the introduction flights as outlined in the manual?

Still it takes a long time to accelerate.

When I did the intro flight I went of the runway because I couldn't rotate in time.

And how did the plane take off with the intro flights?

Very slowly. It didn't rotate until 180knots and then it was very difficult to get the nose in the air and control the pitch.

What pitch trim are you setting during flight prep?

Confirm that you are loading passengers and cargo using the EMB configuration utility.

Where did you get these numbers?
