FSUIPC5 and exporting

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Is there a way to export the registered FSUIPC5 bindings and such for referencing what is and what isn't mapped, as well as what it is mapped to?  This would be quite useful in seeing what I have mapped for a given aircraft.

I also want to ensure what-is-what, as I'm having some small oddities in mappings that I want to research what may be accidentally dual-mapped or whatever.

Thank you,

GG

Hi,

all your assignments and controls are stored in your FSUIPC5.ini file (in your modules folder). Take a look at that file. The format of the entries is described in the FSUIPC5 manuals. Comments are added automatically so that you can see what your assignments are.

If you are using the 'profiles in separate files' feature, then you will also have an ini file for each profile.

If you are going to edit it, make sure you take a copy/backup first.

Cheers,

John
