Password blocked

Hello, I would like to download new E-170 hotfix, but BMTMicro says that my password has been blocked. How to solve this issue? Thank you

This means that your download link has been hacked and experiencing excessive downloading.  It will need to be reset by BMTmicro.  Contact them with purchase details -

Thank you for your answer. I've alredy written to that e-mail. However I have downloaded the product only one time until now. I am annoyed by this service. Please solicit a quick action. Thank you

You can call if you don't wish to wait for the <24 hour response to your email.  I believe I heard that BMTmicro was working on 26 Dec.
