FSUIPC.ini Scan Refresh Time

Recommended Posts

How often to FSUIPC (while running in server) check changes to the INI file? Looking to pushing live updates to AutoDeleteAI=ON,EC-527,***, and trying to see if we can have FSUIPC scan for updated on a regular basis i.e. 5 seconds so we donn't have to restart the module.

Thanks!

It doesn't. That would be a waste. The only time it re-reads any parts are the specific assignments sections, when the "reload" button is pressed on the appropriate option tab, including any Lua or Macro files needed for to completely list the possible assignments, and also the Traffic section each time the options are visited. (That latter is really not needed now that all those options havetheir own Tab now).

Ah okay, just trying to find an easy way for FSUIPC to live remove AI aircraft as we live-add their tail numbers, live. :)
