loading softwares, can I lock the focus ?

Hi,

In wideserver I load 2 softwares, so when FS2004 starts to load my other 2 softwares are loaded too.

But the focus goes to the loaded software and I must click in the FS (task bar) to open it again.

Is there a way to lock the focus in FS2004 ?

I've tried to do this, and it works with some programs but not others. You can't actually "lock" the focus, but I try to put it back. Unfortunately there are timing problems and it doesn't work with some programs. I would like to solve it because it affects me too, but so far I've not found anything 100% effective.
