Cant see where to assign buttons - its dissappeared

HI,  Am i going mad? im using FSUIPC 7, and all of a sudden I cant access any button assigment , I can see FILE  START  OPTIONS and LOG at the top but no where to assign axes, buttons etc that I had before?  Could this be a conflict with the A320 fly by wire?

I cant actually select start!

do i need to reinstall?

The license expired. You need to download the latest release which contains a new key file (with a license valid for another week) and re-install from that.
