how to control the HDG and OBS with rotary knobs

Good morning all

 

With P3D V4 and FSuipc how to control the HDG selector and the Course selector (OBS), with rotary knobs on an external panel or a box.

 

Which FSuipc inputs or offset to use. Because in flight the control of the HDG and the Course, must be at the same time fast at the first time and in a second time precise to the degree, or both according to the speed of rotation of the button.

This has to be done through a Lua plug-in.  An example is included in the Lua examples ZIP included in your FSUIPC documentation. Check the "Rotaries.lua" example.
