System error when FSUIPC7 started

I'm getting the attached error messages which I can't solve. 

 

I've had a read of the manuals, but I am a bit of a novice at this. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please give your posts an appropriate title (I will update it this time). This has also been asked several times already if you check the forums, and the error is also explained in the README.txt.

You need to uninstall the 2015, 2017 and 2019 VC++ Redistributables (any you have installed, from the Windows App management panel), and then re-install the x86 and x64 combined redistributables from https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
