This has also been asked several times already if you check the forums, and the error is also explained in the README.txt. You need to uninstall the 2015, 2017 and 2019 VC++ Redistributables (any you have installed, from the Windows App management panel), and then re-install the x86 and x64 combined redistributables from https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
