My Name is Daniele Di Spiezio, almost one week ago i sent a message to the Feelthere ZenDesk support ticket, On 29 December 2020 i've bought from the Feelthere website the E-JETS 175 & 195, after one month i had to perform a Reset of my PC, when i was trying to Re-Download the Product via the Link given, it's result epired by showing me Error 404. scoobflight Posted February 18, 2021 Report Share Posted February 18, 2021 Contact Fastspring and provide: FastSpring Order ID, Date of Purchase, Order Total, the name of the product, the Seller company you purchased from, and screenshots displaying any error messages. Submit using - https://fastspring.com/consumer-support-form/ After downloading copy the installer to a flashdrive, including a txt file with order details and key code, so you can reinstall at a future time.
