MSFS2020 only as a display replacement for FlightGear?

Hi!

Apologies if this has been covered before; this is my first post I have an existing detailed simulation of a DA42 and I want to interface it to MSFS2020, mainly for the beautiful scenery and visualization. I have been using FlightGear with a simple UDP interface that contains basic flight state information. My sim contains all of the flight dynamics, controls, etc. All I want to be able to do is send the same information to MSFS2020 instead of FlightGear.

Is this the library to do it? It seems to have an interface where I can specify location, pitch, roll, altitude, etc. Where can I find a detailed list of what I can read/write to/from MSFS2020?

Thanks!

This information is in the offset status spreadsheet (included in the downloadable zip file for FSUIPC7), which should be used in conhunction with the older FSUIPC Offset status document (which contains the descriptive text).

I have heard of some folks using MSFS for the visuals only, but I have no idea how this is done, sorry.
