Purchased Wrong FSUIPC

Hello,

Last week I purchased both FSUIPC4 & WideFS - unfortunately I purchased the wrong version of FSUIPC.

I use MSFS 2020 - so I need to purchase FSUIPC7 not 4. I was under the impression that buying either one would work for MSFS 2020. I entered my details and it displays invalid key….

Pete, if possible could you transfer the licence to 7 for me please? I contacted sim market and they said purchase is final no refunds. As much as I love your software, paying another $36AUD on top of the $37 I’ve already paid would not make any sense to me.

I don’t know what laws are in place in terms of refund policy but here in Australia, we’re covered so that if I’ve made a mistake a purchase I am entitled to a refund within a certain amount of days from purchase….clearly not the case with Simmarket.

I don't know where you got that impression from. It is quite clear on SimMarket, in the download forums here and on www.fsuipc.com which product is for which FS. You can also download  and try-before-you-buy. There is a strict no refunds policy (SimMarket) as we do not do on-line license validation, so once a license has been issued it cannot be revoked.

It is not possible to transfer a license. However, if you let me know your order number, I will verify your purchase and generate you a complimentary license for FSUIPC7.
This may take a few days. In the mean-time, you can use the trial license, available here:
