I'm sorry, I am not at all involved in the SimMarket operations. I am the programmer and I do development and support. The whole of the sales side is by SimMarket. If you don't receive a Key within 24 hours of your order something may be wrong. Check with Customer services via http://www.simmarket.com. I have been told that all orders until 11pm last night (German time) have been processed, so if you placed yours on the 9th something else is wrong, and you should certainly get in touch with their Customer Services, as soon as they are back up.
