KLAS Las Vegas Airport from FeelThere repeated unsatisfactory installation

I have downloaded and installed this product 3 times. But the following problems still occur.

1. Las Vegas the town as shown in normal XPLANE 11 has gone.

2. User guide shows as being ERROR We could not find a user guide for this product.

3. Verify Files does not rectify problem.

4. In consultation I have followed the instructions provided which are Open Orbx Central\Settings\Downloader and clear temporary files, move the backup and run verify files again.

5. All results are do not rectify the problem.
