No, this is not possible. It is MSFS that starts FSUIPC7, via the EXE.xml.

Why do you want to do this? It shouldn't matter when FSUIPC7 is started...

If you really want to do this, it should be relatively easy to implement yourself. You can change the auto-start entry in the EXE.xml that starts FSUIPC7 to start your own batch script, and in that script you can add a delay and then start FSUIPC7.

I am puzzled as to why you would want to do this though.

John,

If you removed FSUIPC7 from the EXE.xml and just created a FSUIPC7.exe shortcut and launched it by hand after MSFS loaded, are there any inherent unintentional consequences of doing that? For example, would all the Lua script entries under [auto.xyz] get launched as expected?

Asked another way, in your view is having FSUIPC7 in the EXE.xml just a convenience for the user, or is there more to it than that?

Thanks,

Al

Edit: As I think more about it, launching FSUIPC7 by hand could lead to problems if you launched it to early, such as before the plane you will use has been completely loaded by the sim. In that case related FSUIPC7 profile assignments may not work?

It shouldn't  make any difference when you start FSUIPC7 - auto scripts will still be started. If you don't want FSUIPC7 auto-started, just re-install and deselect the auto-start component.

It is just a convenience.

It shouldn't make any difference. FSUIPC7 is designed to work whatever the state of the FS when it is started.

Thanks John.
