shorthauler Posted January 26 Report Posted January 26 Hi John, I am trying to create a mouse macro, but the green area does not appear. I tried to follow the example with the Beechcraft in the User Guide. What could I log and send you? Best -shorthauler
shorthauler Posted January 27 Author Report Posted January 27 Update: I have solved my problem by writing a lua macro using the "mouse.move" command. To extract the mouse positions, I found this tool helpful: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpos/
John Dowson Posted January 29 Report Posted January 29 Can you please specify the FS and version of FSUIPC you are using please - this always helps. Depending on the version of FSUIPC you are using, it may be just a simconnect text window. See this support request which is as you reported: Note also that mouse macros are not available for all aircraft - it depends how the aircraft is implemented. This affects more aircraft in FSX than P3D.
shorthauler Posted January 29 Author Report Posted January 29 Thank you, it's FSX, FSUIPC 4.977. The aircraft is FSLABS A320. It's probably aircraft specific. But no problem working around all this with a lua script. In the beginning, I would have preferred the macro because I was not sure about the mouse positions, but with the little tool "MPos", it was quite easy. The easiest lua script I have ever written.
