I could start the plane but couldn't move with toe brakes normal and reversed. I probably went too far with moving all the different axis around but something wasn't right still.

Sorry, but can you tell me what is and what is not working. Are the rudder, aileron and elevators now working or not? Are the toe brakes working, i.e. can you see them move in the VC when you operate your toe brakes?

Or are you saying that the plane isn't moving as the toe brakes are applied, and if so how do you know this?
There can be many reasons why the plane isn't moving (e.g. parking brake set).

Your log looks fine - all axis are going through their full range and are being received back from the FS ok. If the elevator and aileron are not working/moving in the VC , I have no idea why...
Seems like you also have throttle 1/2 and the propeller and mixture axes assigned (as these are also logged) but these are not assigned in FSUIPC. Are these assigned in MSFS or elsewhere, and do they work?

Do you have anything else installed in your Community folder for MSFS2024?
Are things working ok in MSFS2020?

I am starting a brand new flight in MSFS2020. I will send you my log after I run through the axis sequence. No issues now with MSFS2020. The updated FSUIPC version might have take care of my problem.

I will reply back with MSFS2024 here shortly.

I doubt this as the latest update was mainly just a WASM update to handle the new camera states in MSFS2024, and for enabling/disabling PMDG threads when needed. There was no change at all in axes assignment handling.

Ok. I would be interested to know what is working and what not vis-a-vis your assignments. Just saying that your aircraft is not moving doesn't help.
