i recommend that you uninstall and reinstall both the V1 and V2 products. after uninstalling be sure all feelThere folders & contents related to the Ejets are removed.

scoobflight's post in Map! not working outside E-Jets was marked as the answer
the MAP! incorporated into the Ejetv2 cannot be used with other aircraft.
if you want to use MAP! in other planes you need to purchase the 'free standing' version -

reads like your videocard driver isn't correct ... windows likely installed a default driver (unless you forced the system to install the correct and most up-to-date driver).

scoobflight's post in Questions prior to purchase Embraer Phenom 100 by FeelThere LE was marked as the answer
Noel:
the compressed file is an exe (at least when you purchase from feelThere)
the Phenom is an LE product -
Sometimes you just want to fly, or you are new to flight simulation, and don't wish spend 30 minutes preflighting an aircraft. Maybe today you don't want to spend much effort to create a flightplan and programming a flight management computer. feelThere LE aircraft are designed to be detailed enough to immerse you in the simulation experience and quickly get into the air from power-up to takeoff. Many systems are modeled, just not every system. You will find the level of detailed is greater than any flight simulator default aircraft. The systems that are modeled behave correctly; or are only slightly simplified. LE aircraft are designed for fun … which is the point for playing Microsoft's Flight Simulator.
the Phenom's FMC is the FS GPS is being used with a 'visual overlay'. this means that there is no update available from navigraph (unless they figure out how to update the FS 'FMC' database).

yes there service and cargo doors do open with <shift><e><2> or ther Ejet series.
consider changing the door command to <d>. much easier as the 'three key' option doen't work the best for the reasons i oulined above.

scoobflight's post in Lighting textures - external lights not working with switches was marked as the answer
the logo light is always on, except when the plane is powered off (if i remember correctly). the switch on the overhead panel is a 'dummy' (except for use in Call). details in the manual, page 34.
