    but I am having problem with auto heading, can you advice please.

    shell i guess which problem you have or would you tell me some more about your problem, for example, what it does and what not.

    Type of Aircraft and some more what give me an impression about Your problem.

    Hi,

    I updated FSC to 8.4 and 8.4.1 patch. After dowloading I opened FSC and tried to download the Weather from the URL in the directions. The URL in the download doesnt work or needs updating.

    as we have written in the file FSC84PatchEng.txt :

    IMPORTANT!!!

    you must also change the URL for the weather download. Start the

    program and choose Window -> Options. Choose the "Downloads" card

    and replace the current URL for the weather download by

    ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/observatiar/cycles/

    Also I was under the impression with the 8.4 update the actual map moves not the plane. Please advise.

    Make sure that you have activate Window -> Options -> Display -> Moving Map -> Move map instead of aircraft

    Hi Jean-Jacques and also Hi to All,

    before you think about to install FSCommander from scratch please don't forget to save following files: Register.fsc and FSC.ini !!!

    If you like to save time, save also following folders: User, Database, FSplan, segments

    If you install FSCommander from scratch you "MUST" following this steps:

    1) download FSC83.ZIP http://www.fscommander.com/files/Fsc83.zip

    2) download FSC84upgr.ZIP http://www.fscommander.com/files/fsc84upgr.zip

    3) download FSC84Patch.ZIP http://www.fscommander.com/files/fsc84patch.zip

    Now install and/or Upgrade / Patch step 1) step 2) step 3)

    After done don't run the FSCommander

    If you have save all the above folders, copy them into the FSC folder and overwrite the existing folder.

    If not, you have to run the DatabaseManager

    Now copy the both files Register.fsc and FSC.ini in to the FSC Folder

    Now run the FSCommander.

    Hi to all,

    thank you to Derek, Howard, Ian and Finley which has sending the FSC_protocol.Log to me and also thank you to Lauren which has send the sniffing protocol.

    I'm still investigate the problem and it's seems difficult because a lot of user's don't have this problem and there Log file looks different to yours.

    Meanwhile, please be patient. Maybe I need your support again.

    Hi Derek,

    I am sure yours is working, but are you sure you haven't missed something out in the new 8.4.1release

    There is nothing wrong in the 8.4.1 release because it works fine with hundreds of other users.

    If you are sure that you are using build 09.12.08, then, after trying download the weather, close the program and send

    following file FSC_Protocol.log to my e-mail adress which you find at the bottom on our homepage.
