In order to get as close as possible to real schedules there is an external system within the simulator. If the plane sits more than a certain time on the tarmac and there is another flight of the same airline then the system can possible think it's two flights.

Only terminals can be assigned, but with some work around it is possible to assign some gates as terminals.

Win 10 was just released last week. We need to understand a bit more if a) Tower is compatible if not then a) we can easily fix it and release a patch b) possibly focus on the next version of Tower and make sure that will be compatible with Win 10. Tower was released in 2011 so soon it will be 6 years old :)

No, it's not possible.

You need to host the session within Tracon and it will recognize Tower once both is set up for multiplayer.
