I've been using a Batch file to start MSFS -FastLaunch) and FSUIPC simultaneously. Works great so far. Tried sneaking an exe.xml file in location with no results. Mine is disabled. 1st thing I always check.

I understand. It sure caused a mess in FSX etc having in sim assignments and FSUIPC assignment. I of course always disabled FS controllers. No option in MSFS.

I can't say with any certainty this solved anything but, I created a profile in MSFS for all controller and deleted all assignment and renamed it (Dowson Boys) and have not since had a disconnect issue. Performed 10 flights in the MSFS C208 with no issues. Possible bumping heads with MSFS assignments?

Same here. FSUIPC sees the Axis but the Sim does not. Identical to Ron's situation, aircraft etc. TransmitClientEvent failed!

Thank you Sir Dowson..Her Majesty should Knight You. I have discovered the installer for 4.974b doesn't allow installation. When attempting installation, An error quickly pops up and closes. Of course there is no log file. I was able to obtain the error. "FSUIPC doesnt recognize the sim version 10.0.63003.0" and closes. Now, I am able to use the new DLL 4.974c by copying my P3Dv3 FSUIPC files, including the lic file to the FSX-se Modules folder and manually entering the DLL.xml entries for FSUIPC..

Hi Pete. My main use of FSUIPC is for Joystick assignment and calibration per aircraft also, wideFS use but the Joystick Assignment is the main use. Thanks

Friday 11/16, Steam released an update for FSX Steam. Build 10.0.63003.0. It included a few bug fixes and also included a Beta test to gather information for the upcoming MSFS. The update did seem to break FSUIPC 4.974 comparability.
