Tower Location with FSUIPC ?

Hi Pete,

I would retrieve the exact location of the Airport Tower.

Using as example the Airport at EGLL.

In the bgl the tower is physically located at :

Latitude : 51.470708

Longitude : -0.453339

Using FSinterrogate & FSUIPC last version show me :

05B4 Viewpoint Lat HI : 51,47748

05BC Viewpoint Long HI : -0,48870

0D54 Tower Latitude Hi : 51,47236

0D5C Tower Longitude Hi : -0,47684

Where can I find the exact Tower Location ?

There is no way I know to get locations of any actual buildings, roads, tectures, etc etc in FS's BGLs at run time. The "tower location" you can read in FSUIPC is a moveable thing -- you can set it in the Map dialogue. It you want it to coicide with the actual tower building, you can move it there and save the Flight.

I never knew that! Great tip - thanks Pete. I now have accurate tower views at EGCC and my latest scenery - LEPA which I'm sure you have already :D
