tstewart
Hi Pete, I did post this question in the AS Forum and Jim did reply but I still don't understand the answer. Here goes - I have your FSUIPC 3.30 reg. and have the AS2004 newest beta which supports the wind smoothing. By default, AS2004 checks the enable wind smoothing. What I want to know is do I need to also select the option in FSUIPC 3.30 in the winds option-the first box in the top left that enables wind smoothing then specify's the knots and seconds. I am at work and can't remember exactly what it says. I always use online updates in AS2004 also. Thank You

Sorry, I don't know what AS2004 does now. If you look at the FSUIPC options and the smoothing is checked, then it is enabled. AS2004 can do that for you if it is programmed to do so. It cannot set the parameters though -- just adjust them to your liking if they are too slow or too fast. Pete
JSkorna
Hi Tony, If you do noting in FSUIPC then winds will change at 5 deg/sec. If that is not to your liking then you can adjust the values in FSUIPC. This option is new for us so we are learning also!
