BobP Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 Hi, I just downloaded FSX and assume I could use it as an unregistered version. However, the modules folder does not show up in the FS menu. Also, will the beta PFC throttle quadrant DLL work with the new final FSUIPC? Thank you advance. Bob...
BobP Posted October 13, 2006 Author Report Posted October 13, 2006 Never mind Peter. I apparently had an explorer window pop up which masked the MS Gauge trust thingy. Any way I agreed to trust you :) and Add Ons is visible. My PFC throttle quadrant also now works again. Will FSUIPC allow me to assign the mouse center button to the space bar? Would be very nice for VC panning. Thanks again. Bob..
Pete Dowson Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 I just downloaded FSX and assume I could use it as an unregistered version. FSX? Downloaded? FSX needs Activation, not so much Registration. However, the modules folder does not show up in the FS menu. Folders don't apear in menus. The Modules folder will appear in FSX's folder after you install FSUIPC4. The Menu entry for add-ons in FSX is called "Add-Ons" -- that's a Microsoft decision. Also, will the beta PFC throttle quadrant DLL work with the new final FSUIPC? Version 3.991 of PFCFSX.DLL is compatible with all FSUIPC4 versions now. I'll be making an official issue (as 4.00) when I have time, but it won't change noticeably. Regards, Pete Bob...
