Can't register WideFS 7

I have purchased WideFS 7, and received my registration key by email.

When I enter the key into FSUIPC4, it is rejected as not being a valid 12-character key.

I notice that the email field in the registration window is my *old* email address (jschall@sympatico.ca), while the email address associated with the key is my *new* email address.

I tried to edit the email address in the dialog box, but it won't change :-(

What can I do?

As documented, both FSUIPC and WideFS registrations need to be in the same name and the same email address. Those fields are used to uniquely identify you as the user, and only one user per license is permitted. You really needed to have made this clear when you purchased it, in the space allowed for Notes.

Now the best course is to email me. Zip up your FSUIPC.KEY file (from the FS modules folder), and the details of your new WideFS registration, and I'll issue a revised FSUIPC key under your new details.

ZIP and send to petedowson@btconnect.com.

Thank you for your kind attention, Peter. All is installed and registered now, and I am running Flight Sim Commander as a Moving Map on my laptop PC while FSX runs full-screen on my desktop PC.
