Problem with key

I purchased your program from simmarket and successfully installed it. I then reinstalled FSX, and tried to use the key again. I get a message that it is not a valid code.

I am posting the install log here.

That isn't the Install log, but the run time log, and anyway all it shows is an okay run of FSX with an unregistered FSUIPC4.

If you are sure you purchased the key for the correct version (FSUIPC3 keys won't work in FSUIPC4), then you are entering one or more of the three parts (name, email, key) incorrectly. Use cut-and-paste as Jim suggests.

I've checked, and it seems you don't know your name ;-). You registered as "Allen Walker", not "Allen R. Walker"! Please do follow the instructions and you'll be okay.
