tex99999 Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 Hi all, I bought WideFs quite a while ago and could never get it to work. Either I got smarter or the latest version have been improved tremendously beacuse today I just created a workgroup with the 2 computers, started Wide FS, started FS9 (on the server) and started Active Sky and Voila - rain at my airport! It couldn't have been easier. So I tried ProjectMagenta and again, it's working. time spent - 10 minutes. Thanks Pete! Is there a list somewhere of applications/software/gauges (like PM and AS6.5) that work with Wide FS? Best regards, Jon

There's an (out of date) list of FSUIPC-using applications along the right-hand side of the Schiratti download page. Many, but possibly not all, of those would work on a WideFS client. Obviously not any of the add-on aircraft, and possibly not some of the programs needing intimate access to FS's file. Best regards, Pete
