Mr. Dowson:

recently, I had to re-install FS2004 on my computer. When I loaded my copy of FSUIPC v 3.98 I could not find my key to re-register. I am hopeful that you will be able to provide me with a new key so that I may again have a registered copy. If you can do this you can send the new key to my e-mail address which I have included under my name. Thanks very much.

Hi David,

I'm not Pete, but can answer your question.

If you log into your account at simMarket and click on "my products" at the top right of the page, you will find a list of any and all purchases you have made there, including FSUIPC. Clicking on the entry for FSUIPC will allow you to recover your details as originally registered.

Please note that even if the e-mail you used to register at the time is no longer applicable, it will still work. It is not used for any purpose other than to identify you. However you must use the details exactly as per the original order to register the product.

Hope that helps?

Ian P.

Ian gave you the answer -- thanks Ian -- and also deleted details you should never post openly.

Please note that 3.98 is now superseded and unsupported. Please install 3.99 or later.

Wrong forum section as well Ian, please delete my post if you wish.

I've moved the thread to the correct place now! ;-)

Best Regards

Pete
