No key received

I purchased a key for FSUIPC last night (around 20:30 GMT) but have not received a key. I received an ordered acknowledgement e-mail but this was not followed up with the second e-mail as stated.

Can you have a look into this and get back to me.

I have NEVER received keys by email when purchasing from SimMarket. As far as I knew you ALWAYS had to get your keys from your Account, which you can normally do directly you've had the purchase approved.

If you log in to your account and go to "order history", under the drop down at the top right, it will be there.

Oddly, I do get some keys, but not others, e-mailed... I don't know why. Normally, I retrieve them from my account, though.
